* Fix: Improve special character regex (#1744)
* update password special character regex to support
( `-` `_` `=` `+` `[` `]` `;` `'` `\` `/` )
* Fix: Allow usernames starting from 2 characters (#1744)
* update username validation to support short usernames starting from 2 characters
* remove char validation altogether
